When is order cut off time?

A: The order cut off time is 12:00PM EST

When will I get my order?

A: Your order will arrive between 4:00PM and 10:00PM if placed before the cut off time 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered the following day.

Is shipping the same as delivery?

A: Shipping is not the same as delivery. Shipping is with Canada Post and can take 1 to 4 days Xpresspost or 1 to 7 days with Expedited Parcel. Delivery is done with a third party courier service specializing in same day deliveries.

How do I place an order?

2. Fill out your delivery info. (Please use mobile phone if you can as you will be receiving text message updates)

3. If you see Same Day Local Delivery you are in our zone and can select that to receive your package the same day.


4. Place your order.


5. Once you place order your order will be delivered same day between 4:00 PM to 10:00PM.
